projects
My main recreational interest these days is trying to advance fog collection projects in Nepal. I'm also working to expand the briquette makiing prcess detailed on the home page. The video below was shot about a year ago at a new fog collection installation in eastern Nepal. This video is also featured on the FogQuest web site.
The video below is a brief, narrated introduction to FogQuest and the process of fog collection. It features projects in Eritrea, Nepal, and Guatamala.
A few years ago this book, Blue Planet Run, was published - detailing the world's water shortages and possible solutions, and it features a brief section on my projects in Nepal.
It's on page 96 of this document below - you can plug the number in the page directory. There is a small picture of myself, Frances Fierst and Bhupal Katiwada building an SFC ( Single Fog Collector) that was later installed in a temple in eastern Nepal.
Here are some other links to fog collection stories.

video clips
These video clips feature some of the fog collection projects and photo shoots, as well as some general interest from Nepal and elsewhere. They're also viewable on the YouTube Channel I add to when there's something of interest to put up.
